GU12 10-Feb-07: Oswald Rd v/s Unicorn Rubies – match postponed.

More flu? I got a phone call at 10 am informing me that Rubies hadn’t got enough players and, as they’d have known earlier if their players were on holiday, I can only assume they had the flu that has been going round. Ruq had been ill the previous day but was insisting she was OK for the match and when I told her that the Rubies probably had the flu, she said that half our players had been complaining of sore throats the day before – but no-one had called in sick. Good to see our players are dedicated enough to want to play even when they’re ill!
