10 Dec 2005, Girls U11: Oswald Rd 0 – 3 Urmston Town (HT:0-2)

This was an unlucky match as they won 3-0. The first goal was easy because one of their players had the ball in our half, kicked towards Angharad, Tanya and SophieP and somehow it went to their striker who was behind our defenders. She shot and scored making in one nil to them. The second goal was from a corner, which just got past everyone into the net. The last goal was pretty much like the first but there was someone there. We had a few chances as well but our shots were not strong enough and their goalie was pretty good. Minutes after the last goal the ref blew his whistle leaving it at 3-0. A loss for Oswald Girls U11s and, considering we won 6-1 against them a few months ago, we were very disappointing but we will win next time!
